How to Register

Pricing
The registration fee for System Administrator training is $750 and for Report Writing is $1,000. If you’re interested in attending both classes, the registration fee is $1,500 ($250 savings). Because there are many variables to consider when determining User training requirements, cost and time estimates are provided upon request. Contact CRW to develop an individualized User training plan that best meets your agency's needs.
Payment Policy
CRW Systems will invoice your agency upon registration. Payments by PO or check made payable to “CRW Systems, Inc.” are accepted. We do not accept credit card payments.
Changing Your Registration
If you have registered by phone, e-mail, or fax and need to reschedule a class or select a different course, please contact our Training Coordinator at 858-451-3030 as soon as possible. We are happy to accept participant substitutions any time prior to the class, provided the new participants meet the course prerequisites and foundational knowledge requirements.
Cancellation Policy
We recognize that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. We will fully refund all course fees if you notify us in writing at least one week prior to the start of the class. Registrations cancelled within one week prior to class start are subject to a 100 percent cancellation fee. Registrants who fail to attend a class will be subject to the entire course fee. If, at the time of cancellation, you elect instead to reschedule for the same class within 30 days of the cancelled class date, cancellation charges will be waived.
CRW Systems reserves the right to cancel any class with fewer than four attendees. If a cancellation is necessary, we will make every effort to notify you at least 10 calendar days in advance. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations sometimes require this notification period to be less. Please consider this when making your travel plans, as CRW's liability is limited to a full refund of the tuition only.
On-site training classes canceled within 15 business days prior to the class start are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 business days are subject to a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. In addition, any travel penalties for airline tickets, etc. will be charged.
