System Administrator Training

Must have sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows functions for file and directory manipulation, hardware configurations, and database concepts plus a thorough understanding of the business process. |

To provide necessary skills to support and maintain software. |

Covers installation of the software/updating procedures, application setup, and database maintenance. |

User Training
| Who should attend |
Anyone that uses the software. |
| Course Prerequisites |
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows functions for file and directory manipulation, use of mouse, keyboard, and printer, plus a basic understanding of the business processes that will be tracked using the software. |

To provide an overview of the User software functions. |
| Course Content |
Covers User software functions. |
| Duration |
Varies; typically one day per application. |

Report Writing
| Who should attend |
Users of TRAKiT software who wish to create or modify existing reports. |
| Course Prerequisites |
Basic knowledge of database concepts, SQL (Structured Query Language), Crystal Reports, and attendance of previous TRAKiT software training. |
| Course Objective |
To learn how to create and modify reports used with TRAKiT software. |
| Course Content |
Covers script writing and creation of Crystal Reports. |
