Historical data conversion is a critical component in the implementation process of the Trakit software. CRW ensures that historical data comes together in Trakit to bring the Agency a tracking system that is intuitive, is easy to use, is flexible, and is relevant to the data needed. CRW works closely with each Agency’s IT Departments and designated Project Manager, to ensure that the data received can be converted to the new software in a timely and accurate manner.
Though there are several forms of standard database formats, CRW has the ability to convert virtually any data into the Trakit system. The most reliable conversion method is data from the Agency in an ASCII, comma delimited .txt format or in an MS Access database format.
