Nathan Hershkowitz, VP of Business Development
Nathan Hershkowitz oversees the Sales & Marketing Department and works with other department heads to ensure that CRW is meeting the needs of its expanding client base. His goals include making the TRAKiT suite the most “user-friendly” software package available and enhancing our customer support through Web-based information services. He also aims to forge partnerships with complementary technology companies who have the same commitment to customer service as CRW.
Nathan graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, followed by a Master’s in Business Administration. He has since worked in network consulting, Web site design, and as an Account Executive within the California real estate market. Nathan is also an active member of numerous local government and community committees in San Diego.
Vance Bradshaw, VP of Operations
Vance Bradshaw manages the Operations team at CRW and serves as the primary Project Manager for new system implementations. He coordinates with CRW’s department heads and Project Managers to ensure that data conversion, software testing, and customer support services are completed on time and within budget.
Vance graduated from Portland State University with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining CRW, he worked with a number of local government service providers. Drawing on his educational background as well as his vast previous experience, Vance ensures that all clients receive the highest level of service during project implementation.
Scott Talbert, VP of Client Services
As the VP of Client Services, Scott Talbert aims to personally visit every customer at least once a year. His goal is to ensure that CRW is meeting the needs of local governments with the most comprehensive and cutting-edge software solutions available, both now and in the future.
Scott also manages the Training Department. He has nearly 20 years of experience providing technical instruction and developing training curricula for beginner, management, and specialized technical levels of software use. He also assembled TRAKiT’s extensive, online Help system, which complements the hands-on training courses he conducts for our clients.
